With a proposed S$4 billion top-up for the National Productivity Fund, how will the Government monitor whether this translates to better and more innovative jobs for young Singaporeans? Can more systematic reports be published on the percentage of local employment provided by medium-sized and large local enterprises? Is targeted assistance available to help the small proportion of under-employed or unemployed university graduates, as well as those from polytechnics and ITE, level up in the early years of their working life?
