Budget 2024 debate: Mark Lee on a conducive environment for business competitiveness
A balanced approach to progress is not enough to pursue growth for its own sake, said NMP Mark Lee. These include giving more emphasis to workplace training and help for small- and medium-sized enterprises to support new technologies. Businesses, on their part, can work closely with the Government to identify and unlock untapped manpower pockets, said Mr Lee.
