Singapore is looking to nurture its next generation of budding entrepreneurs and strengthen its start-up ecosystem to maintain its attractiveness to start-ups, talent and capital. Minister of State Dinesh Vasu Dash, co-chair of the Committee on Entrepreneurship under Singapore’s Economic Strategy Review, shared details of a three-pronged strategy - to strengthen entrepreneurial culture, help promising growth-stage start-ups scale and expand abroad, and facilitate investors to exit and recycle their capital and expertise into new ventures. He spoke in parliament on Wednesday (Feb 25).
