CareShield Life premiums and payouts to increase from 2026
Singaporeans will pay more for CareShield Life and receive higher claims payouts starting next year. This follows the first review of the national disability insurance scheme since its launch in 2020. The enhanced payouts and premiums will apply until 2030, and will be reviewed by the government after.
