Chinese New Year festivities are back on in Chinatown, with the streets lit up to usher in the Year of the Snake. From now until Feb 27, the district will come to life with vibrant lantern displays, festive fairs and cultural performances. This year's theme is "Ushering Fortune and Unity for a Prosperous New Year". Rachel Teng reports from Chinatown.
