Choice to name groups attacking Singapore based on threat: Shanmugam

Home Affairs Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security K Shanmugam says details on alleged culprits behind cyberattacks are released based on the threat they pose. He was answering a question on why authorities named UNC3886 as the group behind the ongoing cyberattack on Singapore's critical infrastructure.
