Christopher de Souza on Public Petitions Committee nominations
Senior Minister of State for Finance and Transport Chee Hong Tat has been nominated to take the place of Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Lawrence Wong in the Public Petitions Committee. NCMP Leong Mun Wai has been nominated to fill a vacancy. Deputy Speaker of Parliament Christopher de Souza informed the House on Monday (Aug 1) that the nominations took effect from Jul 27.
