Calls for mental health awareness at the workplace have taken on added urgency with the pandemic creating new stressors at the workplace, said MP Rachel Ong. Speaking in Parliament on Friday (Mar 4), she wanted to know if the Government would put in place guidelines and policies to safeguard the mental well-being of workers.
