In Parliament on Friday (Mar 4), Manpower Minister Tan See Leng clarified a date he had given earlier for the introduction of a Non-Traditional Source (NTS) Occupation List for employers to hire foreign workers on work permits. He had said 2021 when it should have been 2023.
