Be fair to our teachers, said MP Louis Ng. Speaking in Parliament on Monday (Mar 7), he said the performance management system of ranking teachers should be more standardised, transparent and fair, and not make teaching a "competition". He also pointed out that the workload of teachers has been increasing. He asked if the Ministry of Education will consider setting limits for working hours and workload. He also highlighted the need for consistency in flexible work arrangements for teachers.
