Committee of Supply 2023 debate, Day 6: Denise Phua on Enabling Masterplan for the Disabled
More than half a year has passed since the Enabling Masterplan for the Disabled 2030 was published, said MP Denise Phua. She believes the disability community would want a detailed update from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) on its progress. Speaking in Parliament on Friday (Mar 3), she urged MSF to appoint an “execution leadership team”on the masterplan. She also asked for updates on the progress of two key pilots - the Enabling Business Hub and the Enabling Services Hub.
