The Ministry of Education (MOE) should refine its strategy for lifelong learning to include all Singaporeans and ensure that no one is left behind, said MP Denise Phua. Speaking in Parliament on Monday (Mar 4), she urged MOE to lead in developing a more inclusive and comprehensive learning ecosystem for all Singaporeans, regardless of ability and background. She suggested commissioning a comprehensive study on the landscape for lifelong learning that will pave the way for a more strategic and cohesive plan.
