With the conclusion of Exercise SG Ready 2025 involving more than 800 organisations, schools and units from different sectors which carried out different disruption or preparedness activities to strengthen their contingency plans for power disruptions or phishing attacks, have there been any findings or analysis on the resilience gaps in Singapore's society? While we must do our best to prepare Singaporeans and build resilience, how relevant is the role of Total Defence in raising the level of civic preparedness among Singapore?
