As Singapore deals with a more fragmented international environment, there is a need to strategically review its multilateral and bilateral engagements, said MP Sitoh Yih Pin. It is in Singapore's interest to deepen its engagements with like-minded middle powers, he said in parliament on Monday (Mar 3).
