The Thomson-East Coast Line has been operational for the last eight months but the covered linkways to the three MRT stations in Mountbatten constituency are not ready, said MP Lim Biow Chuan. The Land Transport Authority should plan concurrently so that the covered linkways and MRT line can be constructed at the same time, he said in parliament on Wednesday (Mar 5).
