Community organisations helping diabetes patients to take charge of their condition

Community organisations in Singapore want to help those with diabetes take full control of their own condition, as they are seeing 34% more patients seeking help. Diabetes Singapore, which can see up to 80 patients a day, supports primary healthcare providers with eye and feet screening services. It's now looking to do more as patient volume gets heavier.
