It's made a name for itself as the go-to place for PCs, IT supplies and accessories. But it hasn't been all smooth-sailing for local IT retailer Challenger which is facing a softening retail market and competition from online retailers. But as Money Mind's Winnie Pascual finds out, Challenger has been dealing with its challenges with considerable resilience.
