These were some questions raised by MP Don Wee in Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 22). On food waste management, he asked about food manufacturers which also run food catering businesses. He proposed that the caterers be required to report leftover food brought back to their factories as food waste, and to consider penalising caterers who dump food waste at their clients’ premises.
