In a six-month pilot of a coordinated plan to manage the pigeon population, three towns will see more solutions to clear food waste faster, more patrols to catch illegal bird feeders and more culling. Ang Mo Kio, Bishan-Toa Payoh and Tanjong Pagar were selected as they have large flocks of pigeons, and the estates are next to one another.
