Eric Chua on caseloads of Family Service Centres

Family Service Centres (FSCs) handled about 20,500 cases in Financial Year (FY) 2021 and 18,900 cases the following financial year. There were about 1,000 social workers managing the cases in FSCs in FY21 and FY22. Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Social and Family Development Eric Chua gave this update in reply to an MP’s question in Parliament on Friday (Feb 16).
