Eric Chua on support for preschools amid tight manpower
The Early Childhood Development Agency has given preschools more flexibility in the deployment of staff, as they are now fully vaccinated and take routine COVID-19 tests. In areas which face manpower shortages, staff may be deployed across preschools, subject to safe management measures.
