Exercise Forging Sabre: Advanced digital tools, drones to feature in SAF military drill in US
The Singapore Armed Forces is using digital tools, such as artificial intelligence, to tackle increasingly complex battle scenarios during Exercise Forging Sabre. The ongoing military drill in the US state of Idaho will also use more drones. With an airspace spanning more than 20 times the size of Singapore, the vast site allows the SAF to conduct large-scale and realistic training. This year, 21 fighter jets and a record 24 drones are being deployed, involving more than 800 personnel from across the SAF and the Defence Technology Community. Alexandra Anand reports.
