FAS launching third scouting course in October | Video

Singapore's football association is looking to grow its new talent identification department, in hopes of unearthing talents that can take the Lions to the next level. It is launching a third scouting course in October, after two earlier runs were oversubscribed. The association claims these courses were planned even before recent poor results on the international stage. Lauren Ong reports.
