Flats with shorter waiting times in Tampines have attracted strong demand in this month's Build-to-Order exercise. As of 5pm, four-room flats at Tampines Bliss and Tampines Nova were oversubscribed by almost 10 times, while two-room units at Tampines Nova were oversubscribed 20 times. Analysts pointed to the strong location appeal of these projects, in addition to the quicker time for owners to get their keys.
