Flash Forward — a regional conference in Singapore — is hoping to accelerate change in how menopause is supported and addressed in the workplace. It's estimated that menopause-related absenteeism and reduced productivity could cost the global economy US$150 billion a year. Studies suggest up to one in 10 women leave their jobs because of severe menopause symptoms. According to estimates, in 2026, 1.1 billion women worldwide, or one in five members of the global workforce, will be in menopause. Rani Samtani reports.
