A consistent dream brought her to mysterious Ladakh. That was when Florence first learnt how to bake with limited food supplies. This marked the beginning of her journey towards enterprise in India. Today, her spirit of adventure has brought her to Bangalore, where she runs a cafe; specialising in authentic Singaporean cuisine for locals and tourists.
