Former Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak's 1MDB trial will proceed, after the High Court ruled on Wednesday (Oct 30) that the prosecution had presented enough evidence for the case.
The 71-year-old, who is currently serving a 12-year prison sentence - which was reduced to six years - will be called to enter his defence on 25 counts of abuse of power and money laundering.
