Goh Hanyan on mandatory water efficiency requirements
Since mandatory water efficiency requirements were implemented in Singapore on 1 January 2024, seven new projects have been subjected to and met the design requirements. As a result, no enforcement action has been taken. This update was given by Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Sustainability and the Environment Goh Hanyan in response to an MP’s questions in the House on Wednesday (Aug 5).
