The interactive voice response system on the ScamShield helpline will be available in all four of Singapore’s official languages next year, rather than only English as it is currently. A multilingual anti-scam resource guide has also been disseminated to households and made available at all Neighbourhood Police Centres and on the ScamShield website. Minister of State for Home Affairs gave these updates in response to an MP’s questions in parliament on Thursday (Sep 25).
