Hamid Razak on Road Traffic (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill

However, he asked about safeguards surrounding suspension of driving licences to ensure fairness for professional drivers. These include ensuring that such powers remain proportionate and transparent, and expeditious handling of appeals and mechanisms to minimise unnecessary disruption to livelihoods for drivers who are exonerated.
