In Parliament on Monday (Feb 6), NCMP Hazel Poa clarified an earlier remark she made about the construction rate of HDB flats in the 1980s, saying she had been misunderstood by MPs Murali Pillai and Cheryl Chan. She also asked Ms Chan about a point she had raised about the impact of increasing flat supply on resale prices.
