The Housing Board is expanding a scheme offering fittings like ramps and wheelchair lifters to help seniors move in and out of their flats with ease. The initiative is part of the Home Improvement Programme, which has completed upgrading works for about 95 per cent of eligible units built up to 1986. Rebecca Metteo reports.
