Hong Kong fire: Major property developers considering blanket ban on smoking at worksites

Property developers in Hong Kong are pushing for a complete ban on smoking at worksites,
following last week's deadly fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po. Residents say workers had been seen smoking while carrying out renovation work. The fire is not just piling pressure on the government, but also casting a shadow over Legislative Council elections on Dec 7. Deborah Wong reports.
