In Parliament on Monday (Nov 7), Second Minister for Finance and National Development Indranee Rajah clarified a comment she had made in an earlier answer to a supplementary question. She had meant to say that the selling price of flats is based on the market value of the new flats - not the market value of the land - applied with a generous subsidy.
