Israel-Hamas war: Antony Blinken in Egypt to seek progress towards Gaza ceasefire deal
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Egypt, his latest stop as part of ceasefire negotiations in the Middle East. Mr Blinken is on a mission to urge Hamas to agree to the Israel-backed deal, after his latest visit to Tel Aviv on Aug 19. But Hamas has pushed back. It says the US diplomat's so-called "bridging proposal" raises ambiguities and only aligns with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's demands. Sarah Coates reports from Tel Aviv.
