Janil Puthucheary on health risk warnings in view of Omicron
In Parliament on Tuesday (Apr 5), Senior Minister of State for Health Janil Puthucheary answered an MP’s query on COVID-19 health risk warnings being “a little bit behind the curve” given the shorter incubation and infectious periods for Omicron and its sub-variant, and whether TraceTogether might be used to automatically alert users to potential exposure so that they can self-isolate.
