Schools curate and structure opportunities for all students to discover and develop their potential, with financial support for lower-income students so that they are not deprived of access. Minister of State for Education Jasmin Lau gave this assurance in parliament on Thursday (Sep 25), where she also outlined details of what is available for different ages, including after-school and out-of-school programmes for enrichment, learning 21st-century competencies, mentoring and internships.
