Leaders of UK, Italy taking similar approaches to processing migrants | Video

The UK's House of Lords has started debating the country's controversial Rwanda Bill, which would allow migrants to be sent to the African nation in a process known as "offshoring". Italy, meanwhile, has developed a similar plan to process migrants in nearby Albania – a reflection of the close collaboration between the countries on the issue of migration.
