Man who attacked priest at Singapore church has special needs, is partially blind
The priest who was hit in the head by a man at the Church of the Holy Spirit on Sunday (Feb 9) said his alleged attacker is someone with special needs and is partially blind. Father Cary Chan said he knows the 22-year-old Chinese man well as he is a regular churchgoer. The suspect was restrained by church security during the incident and handed over to the police.
