Manufacturing SMEs to get more opportunities to learn and co-create with MNCs
Small- and medium-size enterprises in the manufacturing industry can now get more opportunities to learn from multinational corporations and co-create with them. A new platform launched by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation aims to help local firms gear up for their next stage of growth. Four MNCs are currently on board to share knowledge, train and co-develop with SMEs. To upskill the workforce, the SMF is also offering tailored training workshops and an e-learning platform on sustainability programmes. This will target 100 companies and benefit about 2,500 employees for a start.
