In Singapore, many people at the workplace are not equipped to handle agentic AI — systems that can plan and execute tasks with minimal help from people. This, even as a majority of firms are starting to use it. According to NTUC LearningHub's latest report, which surveyed 150 business leaders and 300 full-time working professionals, three in four business leaders said their organisations are already exploring, testing or deploying such AI. 70% of business leaders said they believe the workforce lacks the skills needed for working with agentic AI. Caitlin Ng reports.
