Melvin Yong on Adoption of Children Bill
What protection will be provided to an adoptive child and adoptive family to prevent birth parents who did not provide consent for adoption from harassing them? He said that particularly in cases where a birth parent had intentionally injured or traumatised their child, it is vital that the child be given a clean break from the cycle of abuse.
