More BTO projects are expected to be completed ahead of schedule by about three to six months in the coming years. That's as the Housing and Development Board says construction has returned to normalcy after the COVID-19 pandemic. Some 1,651 flat buyers of the final two pandemic-delayed HDB housing projects in Punggol Point Cove and Kempas Residences, have been invited to collect the keys to their new homes.
