More poly students can enlist a year earlier, use National Service to fulfil internship requirements

More polytechnic students in their final year of studies can enlist a year earlier than their peers and use their full-time National Service to fulfil their final-year internship requirement for their diplomas. This is among new initiatives by the defence ministry for servicemen to realise their academic aspirations, put their learning into practice, and contribute even better to the Armed Forces.
