Moulmein Road site with over 40 state-owned buildings to be transformed into lifestyle hub by 2027

A former hospital site in Novena is set to be transformed into a lifestyle hub by 2027. The tender for 2 Moulmein Road was awarded to Country City Investment, which manages lifestyle destination Dempsey Hill. With more than 40 heritage buildings set within a park-like landscape, Country City Investment plans to turn the big, open grounds and heritage buildings into different themed zones. Monthly rent for the site, which spans about 91,000 square metres, is S$388,800. Rebecca Metteo reports.
