Members of Parliament have raised concerns about the guidelines on handling flexible work arrangement requests, which are set to kick in come December. These include whether the move would make Singapore less attractive for investors. Minister of State for Manpower Gan Siow Huang said efforts are already in place to help ease this transition for employers. MP Louis Chua also asked about the avenues available to workers who may feel their requests have been rejected on unreasonable grounds. Sabrina Ng reports.
