Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim on Board of Inquiry into death of SCDF NSF firefighter
The Ministry of Home Affairs will convene a fact-finding Board of Inquiry (BOI) to review the incident involving the death of SCDF NSF firefighter Edward Go during a firefighting operation on Dec 8 last year. This review will take place after the police have completed their investigations and informed the Coroner, and after the Coroner's findings have been established. The BOI will then submit its report to the Minister for Home Affairs. Its findings and recommendations will be shared at an appropriate juncture. Minister of State for Home Affairs Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim gave this update in reply to an MP's question in Parliament on Friday (Feb 24).
