Prison inmates who have completed rehabilitation programmes showed reduced negative thinking patterns. They also have more confidence to stay away from drugs and crime. He said the Singapore Prison Service evaluates the effectiveness of its rehabilitation programmes and takes into account the feedback from inmates.
