Singapore's falling recycling rate is prompting a review of its Zero Waste Masterplan which targets 70% by 2030. The National Environment Agency is already stepping up efforts to tackle overflowing recycling bins and contamination. It includes working with public waste collectors to increase paper and cardboard collection from homes and businesses.
