CNA's Otelli Edwards talks to International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies spokesperson Benoit Carpentier about the agreement which allows 20 trucks carrying essential aid to pass through the Rafah crossing from Egypt to Gaza. He believes that the aid entering Gaza is clearly not enough since the entire population has been cut off from supplies of food, fuel and water for over a week.
